Will Call is open by appointment only. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this challenging situation while keeping customers and staff safe.

Once your order is ready for pickup a member of the Customer Service Team will email you to set up an appointment and provide further instructions. When you arrive at your appointment, please stay in your vehicle and call our team at 503-893-1100 with your order number ready (it should begin with WB) and you order will be brought out to you. Thank you for your patience with these new protocols!

Please note that other thank appointment-only Will Call, we are not a storefront and our facilities are not open to the public due to regulatory and confidentiality requirements. 

Our entrance can be a little confusing to navigate.
To reach our Will call location:

  • Turn left into our lot from Nicolai Street.
  • Drive through the first fence past our main building and our staff parking lot will be to the right.
  • Once you pass through the staff parking lot and second fence, Will Call parking will be straight ahead with the Will Call office to the left. You'll see the "open" sign in the window.

Call Center Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific

          On Tuesdays, our phones and LiveChat will be off between 9:05 am - 10:30 am PST for our weekly team meeting.

Friday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm Pacific

Customer Pick Up / Will Call Hours

Will Call is open by appointment only. The Customer Service Team will email you when you order is ready for pick up and prompted to select an appointment time. Upon arrival please remain in your car and call us at 503-893-1100 with your order number ready. A team member will give you further instructions and bring your products to your car. 

     Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Door will be locked between 9:15 am - 9:45 am for staff meeting, Tuesday only)

     Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

     Friday: Open 8 am - 12:30 pm Pacific


Please note that Will Call has moved to our new adjacent building across the parking lot from its previous location.

        Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

        4th of July (July 4th)

        Labor Day (1st Monday in Sept.)

        Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in Nov.)

        Christmas Eve & Day (Dec. 25th)

            Please note that our phones will be off starting at noon on the 24th.

        New Years Day (Jan. 1st)

       We will be closed on the 1st of January but open as usual starting on Monday the 4th.


Note: Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Holiday Schedule Closing will be fulfilled the following business day.


If you are in a hurry for an order, be sure to order early before you run out of stock. Our normal lead time for shipping orders is 14 business days from the time we process payment, however depending on out of stock items, your order may take longer. For items in Bulk Sizes of Drum/Tote Orders can take 20 to 30 business days to ship and are made per order.
